ABOUT KAYLA

Here's My Story...

My health has not always been a priority for me. In 2016 after becoming a college graduate and starting a career in corporate sales, I had put my well-being on the back burner. By January of 2018, I was on the downward spiral mentally and found myself weighing over 200 pounds after being an athlete all of my life. After some tough decisions and a mindset change, I dove head first into living a healthier lifestyle and never looked back. Since then, I have achieved 75 pounds lost and actively train for American Ninja Warrior. My journey has motivated me to impact the lives of others who experience the struggles I once did, and to leave my corporate job in May of 2020 to live my dream as a Health & Mindset Coach. I have helped change over 100 lives, am the creator of the hit show and soon to be podcast "Taco About It Tuesday", and am starting my journey in motivational speaking. I am thrilled you are here and to have a conversation about how I can help alter the trajectory of your life!
